Channel navigation

If you've successfully connected Meta & TikTok with DatAds, you can navigate between these platforms here. You can even view your best ads from both platforms in one view.

Group creatives

The grouping function allows you to group your creatives based on similarities. DatAds allows you to group creatives by Creative, Dynamic Creative, Ad Name, Landing Page, Headline, Description, and Post ID.

The creatives with similarities are placed in a group, and you have the opportunity to analyze the accumulated KPIs and compare them with other variants.

This is particularly helpful if, for example, you have the same creatives running in different campaigns or ad sets.

Apply filters

If you click on the funnel, you can set the appropriate filters for the report. For example, if you only want to display campaigns that contain a specific keyword, you can do this using the filter function. With the AND/OR function, you can individually adjust your filter to read the most important information from the report.

👆🏻 Pro tip: Impression filters are particularly useful when you want to analyze video metrics. This allows you to ensure that, for example, only creatives with >10,000 impressions are analyzed.

Customize column view

To make your work easier, we have already created templates for the column view as standard. You can decide between e-commerce, lead, and video metrics. Of course, you can also freely define and save your own column view here. Just navigate to Preset and select the metrics that are most important to you. Your presets Can you also at other customers use.

Under Preset, select Custom and then Customize Metric.
In the next step, you can select the metrics that are most important to you and then save them as a new preset.

Adjust view

In DatAds, in addition to the grid view, you can also visualize the metrics of your creatives in a table, as well as line or bar charts. Simply select the desired chart, define the X and Y axes and mark the creatives you want to analyze with a check mark.

Share report

One of the most important features is probably the share function. With it, you can easily share a link to your Creative Reports with others. This could be your customers or your internal creative team. You can choose between “Copy Link” and “Create Snapshot.”

Copy link: This is useful if you want to share creative reporting, for example. The view via the link is always controlled via the report in DatAds. Although external parties can access and “edit” the link, this has no effect on your view within DatAds. This makes it ideal for sharing your current Bestperformer creatives with your client, for example in the case of an agency.

Create Snapshot: Gives you the opportunity to record a specific point in time, including the settings. The snapshot link is static and does not change. Ideal for sharing insights at a specific point in time.
