FAQs

What is an analyzed creative?

An analyzed creative is a creative that has spent at least €0.01 in the billing month. Ad duplicates do NOT count as a separate creative. So you only pay for new creatives, but don't worry, you don't have to count your ads in the Ads Manager.

When you log in to DatAds for the first time and connect your accounts, we will show you how many analyzed creatives you have had in the last 12 months.

Which platforms are supported?

DatAds currently offers the option of analyzing ads from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google.

How up-to-date is the displayed data compared to the Ads Manager?

DatAds updates the displayed data once a day. Please note that this data may not be complete if you include the current day in the display.

Since DatAds obtains the data directly from the advertising accounts of Meta and TikTok, it can be subsequently adjusted by the platforms. This is particularly important to note when it comes to conversion metrics.

Do I have to select & deposit the payment method before the end of the trial period?

No, you do not have to select and deposit the payment method before the end of the test phase. During an onboarding meeting with us, you have the opportunity to use the full 14-day trial period before you have to decide on a payment method, and only after the trial period has expired and we have successfully completed the onboarding meeting will you be asked to enter your preferred payment method.

What are Users?

DatAds users can have different roles:
Admin: Has all rights. Has access to the admin area and can therefore create connections, clients and users. Can create, edit, read and delete reports.

Member: Can create, edit, read and delete reports.

Visitor: Only has read rights

Can I add more users/guests to my workspace without switching to the next higher plan?

Yes, you can invite individual users to your workspace without having to switch to the next higher plan. adding another user to your workspace costs you a monthly fee of 20€ per user.
